Refund Policy
At Calcutta Photography School, we strive to ensure our students and participants have a positive experience with our courses, workshops, and services. Please read our return and refund policy carefully for more details.
1. Courses and Workshops
– Refund Requests: If you are unable to attend a course or workshop that you have enrolled in, you may request a refund by contacting us at least [insert time frame, e.g., 7 or 14 days] before the start date. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.
– Partial Refunds: For cancellations made after the refund deadline but before the start of the course, a partial refund may be granted at our discretion.
– No Refunds for No-Shows: Failure to attend a course or workshop without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the entire payment, and no refund will be provided.
2. Digital Products (if applicable)
– No Refunds on Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, once digital products (such as online course materials, eBooks, or downloadable resources) have been accessed or downloaded, no refunds will be provided.
3. Photography Services or Event Bookings
– Booking Cancellations: If you need to cancel a photography session or event booking, you must notify us at least [insert time frame, e.g., 48 hours] in advance to be eligible for a refund. For cancellations made after this time frame, a cancellation fee of [insert percentage or flat fee] may be applied.
– Postponements: If you wish to reschedule a photography session or event, please notify us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and any rescheduling fees will be communicated during the process.
